Tai Chi & Guang Xuan Qi Gong for Beginners
10 Week block Classes.
This block of classes is to introduce students to the Wu Style Long form and gives them a good foundation.
It will also introduce students to a range of Qi Gong and stretches exercises. Encouraging flexibility, balance and quietness.
Please note: Students can usually join in one of the classes as they like during the year or they can wait till the start of a block course. Classes can continue after 10 Weeks.
