New Shao Lin Kung Fu Class 


Classes will teach the student movements and exercises in Shao Lin Kung Fu and Stretches that will develop skills for better balance, flexibility, strength and fitness.

Through traditional movements you well perform a complete cardiovascular workout, toning and stretching the muscles creating greater wellbeing and flexibiltiy; all the while learning the basics of this complete chinese martial art system.

Students perform the movements according to their own ability thus classes suit all ages.
